• 1-Year Warranty Coverage: Your purchase includes a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects and breakage under normal use.
  
  

• What’s Covered: If your ring breaks, cracks, or separates within one year of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll send you a free replacement ring and cover all shipping costs.
  
  

• What’s Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear (such as scratches or discoloration) is not covered.
  
  

• How to File a Warranty Claim:

2. Include clear photos showing the damage to your ring.
   
   

3. Once your claim is approved, we’ll send you a replacement ring at no charge, and you won’t need to return the damaged one.
