  • Free U.S. Shipping: We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • International Orders: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

 


 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

  • Reusing Packaging: To help reduce waste and protect your item during transit, we encourage you to reuse the original shipping materials we sent your order in. Our packaging is designed to be durable and reusable, making returns simple and eco-friendly.

  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
